The man behind Cruisin' Cuisine food truck in Orlando is Chef Antonio Vargas. His culinary journey is a testament of resilience and passion—Antonio's single setback became the turning point that inspired him to pursue his lifelong dream: sharing food that brings people together. He has more than 22 years of his experienced culinary experience that brings creativity, expertise, and hospitality to every plate. From working in bustling restaurant kitchens to running his own mobile kitchen, Antonio's mission has remained the same- crafting food that excites the palate and creates community. Today, Antonio continues to push the boundaries of what a food truck can be, blending the artistry of fine dining with the accessibility of a street-side kitchen.
