Ed, the owner of Dickson's Smokehouse food truck in Orlando started when he realized that there was a need for catering services while teaching at a local school. He helped out and served food for some senior events and started to get requests for more business. Then, he decided to open the food truck company in Orland to help better support the county and our business has taken off.
