Mr. MAZ, the owner of the food truck, is a first-generation immigrant from Jordan, who came to America for a better life and to live the ‘American Dream’. He had wanted to open his own business. And, given his prior experience in the restaurant industry, he was inclined to open one similar to it. Now, he has a family of his own and strives to ensure the business succeeds not only for himself but also for his family.
