Mr. MAZ, the owner of the food truck, is a first-generation immigrant from Jordan, who came to America for a better life and to live the ‘American Dream’. I've always wanted to open my own business, and given my prior experience in the restaurant industry, I was inclined to open one similar to it. Now, he has a family of his own and strives to ensure the business succeeds not only for himself but also for my family.
